Favorite Food Spots in Quebec City

It is no surprise that we love to eat. So every time we travel we like to try as many new and interesting places as possible. Here is a list of some of our favorite food places in Quebec City.  3 Brasseurs : 3 Brewers provided us with a good selection of local beer and quick fairly healthy bar food. I loved that they made specialty drinks out of beer, like sangria and mimosas, but with beer. It was a neat twist on drink that I already love! L' Inox Brewery : Joey's favorite part of this bar was the jukebox. He keep us entertained as we tried the variety of beers here. They change their selections seasonally to keep things fresh. L'Escale Bistro :  located off the hill from the Fairmont in Petit Champlain district is a cute little bistro on the steps with a great selection of crepes and coffee. Quebec City

Everything about this area is a dream during winter. A must visit in Quebec! There are so many places to shop and eat. A full food review is coming soon!

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

So this week here at home we have had a surprising amount of snow. One day out of work and today we had a delay. Trixie is not having the snow It has been beautiful to see all the snow and has me reminiscing about our trip to Qu é bec City for New Years. For this week the blog posts will be all about our snowy Canadian vacation in the most beautifully decorated Christmas town! Arriving in Toronto! Our first adventure out in Qu é bec City Joey, Kelsey and Yona The bricks are made of ice! Every building had Christmas decorations We stayed in the Fairmont le  Château Frontenac sitting atop a hill overlooking the Petit-Champlain district, which happens to be picturesque with all the snow and decor. Once we arrived I felt like I was dropped in a snow globe, everything was just perfectly covered in snow and lights. This place definitely  got the magic of Christmas right! The hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in....
