Possibly the prettiest time in Quebec City is Christmas time. This city gets it right. Add some snow and it becomes the picture perfect holiday card. I absolutely fell in love with Petit-Champlain. Everything about this area is a dream during winter. A must visit in Quebec! There are so many places to shop and eat. A full food review is coming soon!
